Good value for Dedicated Server

I was looking for a dedicated server and saw Zolute had a first-month discount. The price was competitive, especially with that introductory offer. I opted for annual billing which gave an extra reduction, making it quite affordable for the specs I got. The server was provisioned quickly, which was a plus. I'm always trying to get the best bang for my buck, and this felt like a solid deal. The performance is adequate for my needs, and the overall cost savings made it a worthwhile investment for my budget-conscious project. It's good to see transparency in their pricing.

Solid service for Managed Kubernetes

I recently migrated our Managed Kubernetes setup to Zolute after a few hiccups with our previous provider. The onboarding process was surprisingly smooth; their support team was quite responsive, helping us with the initial configuration and data transfer, which honestly, I was dreading. We opted for one of their Enterprise Cloud Hosting plans with the Managed Kubernetes add-on. Performance has been consistently good, no noticeable downtime since we switched. The control panel is intuitive enough, though it took a moment to find some advanced settings. My only minor critique would be that the initial response time for a couple of my support tickets was a little longer than I'd hoped, around 30 minutes, but once connected, they were very helpful. Overall, a reliable service for critical infrastructure. I'd recommend them for businesses looking for managed solutions.

Bare Metal Server is amazing!

Just set up a Bare Metal Server for a new project and it's incredible! The setup was so fast, literally up and running within hours. Performance is super snappy, exactly what I needed. Everything just works, no fuss. I will definitely be using Zolute again for future projects and telling all my friends in the dev community about this. So happy with it!

Cloud Hosting is decent

I got an Enterprise Cloud Hosting plan for my small business. The setup was fairly straightforward, and I liked that they had a free migration service, which helped a lot with moving my existing data. Performance has been solid most of the time, I haven't seen any major slowdowns. The customer support was generally responsive when I had a question about billing. However, I did find the documentation for some of the more advanced features a bit sparse. It wasn't a deal-breaker, but I had to rely on support a couple of times more than I would have liked. Good service overall for the price, just wish the knowledge base was more comprehensive.

Considering Zolute vs. DigitalOcean for some VMs. Any thoughts on how Zolute stacks up for more serious business stuff?

L Lisa Brooks 1 month ago
Zolute feels more 'enterprise' than DO. Better support options and more tailored solutions for businesses, especially dedicated stuff. DO is great for quick dev but Zolute for heavier lifting.

K Kevin Nguyen 1 month ago
Yeah, if you need actual managed services and dedicated resources, Zolute is probably the better bet. DO is more self-service cloud.

Anyone used their free migration service? How smooth is it if I'm moving from another provider?

R Renee H. 2 months ago
I used it for a smaller site and it went fine, no major downtime. They seemed pretty competent.

It was surprisingly good for me. They handled most of the heavy lifting. Just make sure you have all your old provider's access info ready.

Are Zolute data centers mainly in the US or do they have international locations?

C Cleo T. 2 months ago
They have multiple locations, definitely in the US. I think they have some European presence too, but you'd need to check for specific cities.

G Gwen 2 months ago
I'm pretty sure they have quite a few US spots, but I've also seen them list options abroad. Depends on what you're looking for.

Is their 24/7 support actually 24/7 good support, or just 'someone answers'?

D Derek Q. 1 month ago
My experience has been pretty good. Fast responses and they actually fix things, not just escalate.

It's decent. I've had to contact them late night and got actual help, not just a chatbot. They seem to have good SLAs.

Hey, wondering if anyone knows how long it usually takes to get a dedicated server up and running after ordering? Need something fairly quick.

G Gwen A. 2 months ago
Mine was ready in like 24-48 hours. Pretty fast compared to other places I've used.

Yeah, if it's a standard config, it's usually within a day or two. Custom builds can take a bit longer, obviously.

does zolute take paypal for enterprise level billing? our finance department prefers it.

E Emma Beaumont 2 months ago
For enterprise, I think it's mostly bank transfers or credit cards. Not sure about PayPal at that scale.

P Paula Doyle 2 months ago
They list standard payment methods like cards. You'd probably have to ask their sales team directly about PayPal for bigger accounts.

I saw a promo code for 'first month off' but also considering annual billing. Can I use both?

M Megan 1 month ago
Nah, usually you can't stack coupons with annual billing discounts. It's one or the other, from what I've seen.

I Ivy H. 1 month ago
Pretty sure their policy is one promo at a time. The annual discount is usually better long-term than a single first-month off deal.

Are there any current intro deals for their cloud hosting? Trying to get a new project off the ground without breaking the bank.

J June S. 2 months ago
I think they usually have something for new customers, like 10-25% off for the first few months. Check their site or a quick search might turn up a code.

B Brett Osei 2 months ago
Yeah, always look for an intro offer. They seem to do those a lot for cloud stuff, especially if you pay annually.
